When the desert heat hits the Strip or thunderstorms soak the city, cruise in climate-controlled style. When the morning and evening commutes slow street traffic to a crawl, zip to your destination traveling at speeds up to 50 miles per hour. When the sun goes down, ride in lighted safety into the wee hours of the morning. Travel the entire route, from the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino to the Sahara Hotel, in 15 minutes or less. Trains arrive every 4-12 minutes, usually every 5-6 minutes during peak travel periods.
